Wow Gary, that's a lot to take in! I'm not sure if it's true, but the idea of being able to spend more to promote a better image for Israel seems plausible. I would think that any effort would be worth it, if getting the public to see the positives of the Israelis would help. And I think it would! Pretty interesting to consider!
